This is an UPBEAT dance fitness class with a style that is strong in Hip Hop with a cardio edge; but can be infused with other styles like: Afro-Latin, Dancehall & MORE! The warm-up & cool down stretches are essential. Moves from the routines are repetitive to help even the most inexperienced and experienced student.
(Bring towel, water or sports drink to hydrate!)
