'ChezSpirit' came out of conversation around wanting to find a word (or words) that captures my spirit, my expression and way of being...especially since being on this new healing journey. 'Chez' being a family nickname, also just so happens to mean 'at the home of' in French. The use of the word 'Spirit' has been very prevalent, personally. Not just as in a 'team spirit', but the power of our own spiritual journeys within and around us. Being led by a spirit of Hope, Heart & Healing.
